Join this special "Cacao, Connection & Dance" ceremony that joins the magic of sacred cacao, the authentic encounter of self and others, and the celebration and healing through music and movement.

SACRED CACAO CEREMONY

Pure cacao is full of many virtues for the body and mind. Rated among the best "superfoods", it is also a mood regulator. Known as "the language of the heart", sacred cacao has been used for thousands of years as a therapeutic and divinatory accompaniment.

When prepared and consumed ceremonially, cacao is a natural medicine that facilitates the connection between body, heart and mind and helps to free oneself from emotional blockages.

Openness, creativity and connection are released. Cacao is consumed in the form of a drink (organic, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free).

CACAO CONNECTION & DANCE 

The ceremony begins with an introduction to cacao and its properties and the theme of the ceremony. Before being ingested in liquid form in full consciousness, each participant infuses his or her personal intention into the cacao cup.

The conscious dialogue and heart connection is an awakening to life that transforms us in everything we do. The "conscious dialogue" is introduced in the framework of collective sharing and in small groups.

The connection to self and others is done in a gentle and progressive way, through dance, natural movements, and authentic and deep soul connection practices, which allow for the transition to a healing and dancing celebration.

 This ceremony is a safe and warm space to explore one's heart. All emotions are welcome. It is a welcoming space that invites the authenticity and empowerment of each being.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CACAO CEREMONY

- Eat light on the day of the ceremony (i.e. avoid heavy and fatty foods) and fast 2h-3h before the ceremony

- Limit caffeine/tea intake on the day of the ceremony and drink lots of water (really!). Cacao is one of the strongest natural antioxidants there is, so it is important to support the process of releasing and cleansing toxins.

- Do not consume alcohol or drugs the day of the ceremony / 24 hours before the event

- Wear comfortable clothes where you can move

- Take a bottle of water

If you are taking anti-depressants, have heart problems, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to any vegetable milk or spices, please inform Leela Stephanie in advance. In most of these cases, it is possible to take cacao, but the dosage must be adapted.
